For The Love of Paws has to share this:
We provided a Realistic Fur Real Kitty (has six sensors which makes it purr, low meow, move slightly when petted) to a local Dementia Facility. We just learned that it has gone over so big with dementia patients who had kitties, IT IS NOW BEING SHARED BETWEEN 4 DEMENTIA PATIENTS. Looks like another project we will be forming to supply more of these to Dementia Facilities. |

LOVE OF PAWS NEWEST RESCUE
Beginning Remington's journey to a better quality of life. As of now a scoot cart appears to be our best option as his injuries to his front legs do not appear to be repairable to use a wheel chair. Braces may also be used, but for now laser treatments, massage therapy, supplements, and pain management are underway. Reconvene with Dr. Amber next Tuesday to see his progress before we move forward with braces and such. |
Thank you to the amazing team and Dr. Amber at Treasure Coast Animal Rehab and Fitness for bringing hope for a better quality of life to Remington's final years. Anyone who would like to make donations to the Love of Paws team Remington recovery and treatment can contact Treasure Coast Animal Rehab and Fitness at 772-492-6066. #nevergiveup #teamremington

NEVER GIVE UP ON A LOST PET
LOVE OF PAWS was contacted by a Homeless person living in a Homeless Camp who asked for Cat Food for a Camp Cat that had been hanging around for over a year. We brought Cat food to the Camp and met Jack or Jackelyn (They never checked) and suggested we also help provide a rabies shot, worming, flea meds, and spaying thru Dr Dans Animal Hospital. At the Hospital a CHIP was discovered and we learned that (HER NAME IS REALLY SWEETIE) moved with her Family over a year ago from California to Palm Bay FL. In a new environment, got lost on Feb. 9th, 2018. The HAPPY REUNION was made this morning 5/17/18 with her Mom. NEVER GIVE UP ON A LOST CAT! and the Homeless person is also Happy that the cat he had been caring for all this time is loved by a family and wanted! HAPPY TAILS!
